We offer rental properties in close proximity to the Oakland community focusing on students at the University of Pittsburgh and the other area colleges.

Oakland Property Rentals is owned and operated by John Basile and Jeremiah Brooks.

John, the founding partner is a Pitt alumnus who lived in Oakland for many years after graduation from Pitt. John is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Appraiser now living in the Philadelphia area. While living in the Oakland community John was an officer holder in the Bellefield Area Citizens Association and sold real estate in the area.

Jeremiah moved to the North side of Pittsburgh after receiving his MA of Architecture from Kent State University. You might meet Jeremiah while he is onsite handling maintenance requests, or conducting leasing tours.
